Who I Am

My PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia focused on business administration best practices as well as the emergence of coaching in organizations. My academic career includes award-winning teaching, numerous international publications and presentations, and knowledge of the most recent literature.

Completing a Materials and Metallurgical Engineering degree at Queen's University led to several jobs in engineering within the iron and steel industry and provided technical and analytical expertise as well as manufacturing-related management experience. Years working within human resources at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies in Lake Louise introduced me to the operation of a world-class resort. To explore the idea of management in more detail, as well as to understand the global marketplace, I completed an MBA in International Management in Germany, gaining invaluable international business experience in the process.

My on-going research and management education provides me with the most recent business-related knowledge, allowing me to help leaders, executives, and other employees in organizational contexts. My combination of work and educational experience helps me to provide the services as well as the training skills that an effective consultant requires.

I look forward to hearing about your current organizational challenges.
